Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your MBur candle. Proper care ensures a clean burn, beautiful scent throw, and maximum burn time.

Trim the Wick
Before each burn, trim the wooden wick to about 1/4 inch. This helps prevent smoking and ensures a clean, even flame.

First Burn
Allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar on the first burn (about 2-3 hours). This prevents tunneling and gives you the best scent throw.

Enjoy Responsibly
Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time. Place on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
EXPERT TIP
If your wooden wick has trouble staying lit, try trimming it shorter — about 1/8 inch. Wooden wicks need to be shorter than cotton wicks for the best burn. The wax will wick up the wood and fuel the flame beautifully.

Our Story
My love of candles started in highschool to hide some extra curricular activities from my mom. 🤫 Don't tell her. I had so much excitement go to the store to pick out scents.
I moved from buying in person to buying online and that when I saw a google search 'Why candles are bad for you' And that's when I learned all the things that make a candle toxic from the wax to fragrance and everything in between. I took a break from burning candles.
Years later when I met my husband I was telling him how much I love candles and why i stopped he said I should make my own. Thats when i spent months on end trying to create the best candle that not only looks and smells good but it also good for you. Beeswax, Wooden Wicks, Non-toxic Fragrances. That was 4 years ago and the rest is history
